This Privacy Policy explains how WhatsApp Text, Image, Doc Bulk Sender (the “Extension”) handles information when you use it with Google Sheets and WhatsApp Web.
The Extension processes information that you choose to provide, including a Google Sheet URL, customer names, mobile numbers, categories, message templates, message content, and selected photos, videos or documents. It also processes licence information, including the licence key, activation token and a randomly generated installation identifier.
Customer information is used only to display customer selections and prepare user-confirmed WhatsApp Web campaigns. Messages and attachments are sent to WhatsApp only when the user explicitly starts a campaign. Licence information is used only to activate, validate and protect access to the Extension.
Settings, templates, customer cache, campaign history and activation information are stored locally in Chrome on the user's device. Local information remains until the user clears the Extension's storage or uninstalls it. The licensing service may retain licence, activation and installation records for licence administration, security and fraud prevention.
The Extension communicates with Google Sheets to download the spreadsheet configured by the user, with WhatsApp Web to perform the user-requested campaign, and with the Cloudflare-hosted licensing service to activate and validate a licence. Customer lists, message content and attachments are not transmitted to the licensing service.
Information handled by the Extension is not sold, rented or used for personalized advertising. It is not used for creditworthiness, lending or unrelated profiling.
Network requests use HTTPS. No administrative licence secret is included in the Extension. Users remain responsible for protecting access to their Chrome profile, Google Sheet and WhatsApp account.
You control the Google Sheet, selected recipients, message text and attachments. You may remove local Extension information by clearing Extension storage or uninstalling the Extension. Requests concerning licensing records may be sent to the contact address below.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Extension is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
This policy may be updated when Extension functionality or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
